The Turkish Bath ''An Ancient Tradition''

Turkish baths have a long history and are comparable to those found in ancient Greece and Rome. It also became popular during the Victorian era as one of the most effective ways to cleanse and relax the body. To this day, however, the hammam was more than simply a place to wash; its ambiance will provide you with an extraordinary experience that will affect both your body and spirit.

(PS: The ideal thing to do is to attend the hammam in the first few days of your trip, before engaging yourself in local traditions, forgetting about all of your problems and thus enjoying your vacation. It will help prepare your body for lengthy days of tanning)

What will you experience in Marmaris Turkish Bath?

In Marmaris Traditional Turkish Bath experience  you will warm yourself in the sauna or relax in the jacuzzi. Following sauna and jakuzzi, you'll enter a large marble chamber that is quite warm and has a pre-heated marble centre where you may lie down.

After lying down for a bit, you must prepare your body for peeling.

The Serene Atmosphere of Steam that the Marble creates and surrounds the room with warmness

You may be wondering why marble is utilised. It is thought that marble would aid in the healing of minor diseases via the stone, which helps to reduce pain and tension at certain pressure spots. Since the beginning of time, many of us have held onto this concept.

The mechanism is that heat is absorbed by the marble and then transfers to the human body, relieving pain and tension at certain pressure spots. It is also possible to modify the temperature appropriately. It is therefore among the main justifications for going to a Turkish hammam in Marmaris.

Dont Forget the Shining Body

Following the preparation for peeling at the Marmaris traditional Turkish Hammam's entrance, a skilled masseuse will use a unique mitt with a rough surface (kese) to remove dead skin cells from your body. Following the peeling session, the masseuse will soothe you with a massage using foam soap.

You will take advantage of an oil massage for 20 min  and afterwards unwind in the lounge beside the bar after you're feeling refreshed and at peace. The entire process takes around one and a half  upto 2 hours. and afterwards we will return you back to the hotel.
