Jamekan: The first room you'll step into, like a starting point. Here, you'll undress and prepare for the next room.
Sogukluk: Known as the "cooling" area, it's a bit cooler (around 30-35 degrees Celsius) and has toilets and showers.
Harareth: The warmest spot in the place, with temperatures of 50-60 degrees Celsius. It features warm marble benches, a firebox, and a pool called "kurna."

Sauna
You will begin your relaxing adventure by visiting the sauna. Before entering, you will be required to take a short shower which will cause you to sweat more resulting in a refreshing and rejuvenating experience. We recommend spending up to 10 minutes in the sauna, and you may decide when you're ready to go.

Continiuing the relaxation with Steam room experience
Following your refreshing sauna session and a good sweat, the steam room is the following stop on your relaxation tour for around 10 min. The steam helps to open your pores, allowing for a deeper cleansing. It helps to remove toxins from your skin, leaving it feeling refreshed.
The steam room prepares your skin for the following step, the hammam.
The Hammam
The "kese" treatment takes place in the hammam. The masseuse uses the 'kese' that performs a strong scrubbing all over the body, carefully removing dead skin cells, chemicals, and any remaining toxins. This session takes around 15 to 20 minutes. After removing the dead skin scells, chemicals and toxins from the body your skin will be dry, and that means you are ready for the following step, the foam massage.
Note: The aim of the foam massage is to soften and moisturise the skin by spreading 100% natural foam all over the body using a massage technique.
The Foam Massage
Next, you will experience the famous foam massage. Using a soft, soapy lather, your masseur will gently massage your body, promoting blood circulation and deep relaxation that softens the skin.
Following the foam massage, you will have some time to unwind and recover.
Relaxation Time
You will relax on the marble platform, sunbathe by the pool, drink traditional Turkish tea or relax in the Turkish bath.
